1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using GoMold ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. Description of Service
GoMold is an online marketplace that connects buyers seeking injection molds with factories and mold owners who have molds available for sharing, licensing, or sale. GoMold facilitates discovery and communication between parties but is not a party to any transaction between users.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of all content you upload to GoMold, including 3D files, images, and descriptions. By uploading content, you grant GoMold a non-exclusive license to display and distribute that content within the Platform for the purpose of facilitating matches and inquiries. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your content does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
5. Transactions Between Users
GoMold is a marketplace platform only. All negotiations, agreements, and transactions are conducted directly between buyers and sellers. GoMold does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any mold listed on the Platform. GoMold is not responsible for any disputes between users.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You may not: use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; upload false or misleading information; attempt to access other users' accounts; scrape or harvest data from the Platform; or interfere with the Platform's operation.
7. Limitation of Liability
GoMold is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoMold shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
8. Modifications
GoMold reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
